		<description>The article is meant for CSS begginners. It focuses on explaining the different properties and their features. Crossbrowsing was never a part of the article.
And sorry to disagree, but padding is not a problem, and with experience, crossbrowsing is a piece of cake 9 out of 10 times :)</description>

		<description>This article does not address various issues with cross-browser compatibility which is what really drives people crazy. CSS itself is not hard, but achieving cross-browser compatibility is VERY hard. 

Use this one simple rule, though, and you will be well on your way: do not use padding. Always use margins instead. The various IEs all render the box model differently and, if you use padding, you are just setting yourself up for trouble.</description>
